• Communications and profile content: public posts may be moderated; private messages are not monitored unless flagged for abuse

• To enable core platform functionality, including matchmaking and user interaction
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or prohibited activity
• To comply with applicable laws, such as age verification regulations
• To provide technical support and respond to inquiries

3. Data Access and Sharing

Your data is not sold or traded. Access is strictly limited to:

• Authorized TSL administrators and support personnel
• Trusted verification partners (for ID validation, only when required)
• Third-party analytics providers (aggregated and anonymized data only)
• Law enforcement, only when legally mandated

5. Regional Requirements

• United States: TSL does not conduct background checks. Users are encouraged to report suspicious behavior through proper in-platform reporting tools.
• United Kingdom: Age verification is mandatory in accordance with the Online Safety Act. Verified documentation may be required before access to specific features is granted.
• Flagged Jurisdictions: Users from select high-risk regions may be required to submit identity verification documents to maintain account access. The current list is available at: Protected WLW Space.

6. User Safety

TSL implements automated systems and manual review to identify abuse, spam, and fraud. However, users are encouraged to exercise caution and report any violations or safety concerns immediately.

7. Use of Third-Party Services

We may utilize external providers for email communication, payment processing, and analytics. All such vendors are contractually required to comply with privacy standards and protect user data appropriately.

9. User Preferences and Gender Filters

TSL provides user-controlled features that allow for the customization of personal experience on the platform. These include optional gender-based filtering tools that help users tailor their match results and interaction preferences.

These filters are strictly optional and exist to support user comfort, autonomy, and boundaries. At no time are they used by TSL to block or exclude users from the platform based on gender identity.

Filtering preferences are stored securely within your account and are used solely for the purpose of personalizing your experience. These settings are never publicly displayed, shared, or sold.
